prismstore strives to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms set out below.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components may be refused.
Return Process
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Shipping the Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return to prismstore unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Use a trackable shipping method and retain the receipt. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will reflect the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow the same return procedure. Once the original item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement at the prevailing shipping rate.
Non‑Refundable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and digital subscriptions.
- Personalized or custom‑made products.
- Final‑sale clearance items marked as “no returns.”
